1. How do I point my domain to my new hosting account?
To point your domain name to your new Livin4.com account, you must modify the domain's nameserver information (DNS). This can be done by the registrar where your domain was registered. Visit your registrar's web site and just follow the directions provided there. If you need help completing this task, open a Support ticket and we'll assist you with the process.
2. What are the DNS nameservers that I should use?
The DNS (nameserver) information for your account was included in the Welcome Email you received when you signed up.
If you just signed up and have not received your welcome email yet , you may use the nameservers listed below.

3. I do not own a domain. Where can I register one?
For domain registration just sign up for a domain when you initially setup your account
4. How long will it take until my domain points to my new account?
Once you submit the necessary DNS changes to your domain name registrar, it takes 24 to 48 hours until the changes propagate and your domain is pointed to your new hosting account.
5. Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
Yes, you will be able to access your domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. When a prospective visitor types in their browser "http://www.yourdomain.com" or "http://yourdomain.com" they'll be taken to the front page of your site.
6. Can I have subdomains in my account?
Yes. Subdomains (ie suddomain.yourdomain.com) can be created from the control panel.
7. I want to get started but my domain name hasn't transferred yet. What do I do?
You can start uploading your page(s) immediately by pointing your FTP client to the IP address you were assigned when you opened your account. After your domain is fully propagated, you can upload to ftp.yourdomain.com. Detailed instructions are included in the account activation email you received.
8. How can I access my webmail without logging into the control panel?
